Pilates, Breathwork + Meditation

Join us for a transformative spring wellness experience that combines pilates, breathwork and future self meditation. In this unique event, you’ll embark on a holistic journey to cultivate strength, clarity and alignment in both body and mind.

Led by Sam Ciccone, a Certified Health + Wellness coach and Breathwork Facilitator and Allie Scott, a certified Pilates instructor, we’ll begin with a sculpting pilates workout to gain body awareness, tone the muscles, and improve flexibility. Then we’ll go into a guided breathwork journey to unlock the natural healing powers of the body. It’s a transformative way to enter the depths of the subconscious, release stuck and stagnant energy, and tune back into intuition, healing and abundance. We’ll end with a future self meditation where you’ll visualize and manifest your aspirations, setting intentions for your best self. All are welcome, no experience necessary!

We provide mats and blankets, feel free to bring anything else you would need for comfort in movement and rest.
