POLICIES

 

This is a safe space for everyone to enjoy. We welcome all races, all religions, all countries of origin, all sexual orientations and all genders.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our attempt to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.  We understand that during COVID times, life is even more unpredictable.  Cancellation due to illness is automatically forgiven. We appreciate you considering our extended community in making that decision.

 

Masks: We believe in doing everything we can to prevent the spread of COVID19.  All guests are required to wear masks upon entry.  If you forget yours, we have masks available for purchase. 

Sauna Use: All sauna guests are required to provide PROOF OF VACCINATION upon arrival.  Bathing suit is required while using the sauna.  You will be given a towel and robe and have access to private toilets, private showers and a shared changing room. Be sure to read the Sauna Precautions before you visit to insure your own health + safety.

Illness:  For the sake of staff and guests, please do not visit the sauna if you are experiencing fever, cold, cough, flu, stomach virus or any other communicable illness.

 

Food + Drink: Be sure to bring your own water or drink of choice.  We are currently only offering drinks purchased on site or personal non-glass bottles.  Guests are welcome to bring light snacks but please keep it mess free and the smells neutral.

 

Pregnancy: Sauna use is not recommended during pregnancy.  Feel free to book a prenatal massage or enjoy use of our relaxing lounge space.  We welcome you to enjoy the sauna once you are no longer pregnant.  A perfect postpartum recovery session! 

Online Booking: Due to COVID restrictions, we are limiting the number of guests at any time. You can easily book online,  email or call to schedule your visit.

Gift Card Booking: Call or email to book a session using a Gift Card

Cancellation: If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of scheduled session, it is considered a "Late Cancellation" and are subject to partial payment for the original session.    

No-shows: Clients who either forget or consciously choose to forgo their appointment will be considered a “No-Show.” They will be charged in full for their missed appointment. 

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate  appointments which follow yours.  You will be responsible for payment of the full session. Time is valuable so please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

 

First time clients: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to go over your Wellness Intake Form, which we email you at the time of booking. Be sure to fill out this questionnaire in advance to ensure maximum amount of hands-on time and leave  you feeling your best..
