Gratuity for your massage therapist or sauna host is accepted via cash and Venmo, and is encouraged at the rate of 20% of the service price. Please remember that gratuity is an important part of your service provider’s compensation and a great way to show your appreciation. Gratuity cannot be included in a gift certificate purchase.
